Dr. Nathan Aaron Burroughs

I am a Principal Researcher at American Institutes for Research (AIR), where I focus on early childhood policy. My research agenda examines how institutions mediate background inequality, with work in early childhood, K-12 education policy, political science, and philosophy. Previously I have worked at Public Policy Associates in Lansing Michigan; CREATE for STEM, the Center for the Study of Curriculum Reform, & the Office of K-12 Outreach at Michigan State University, and the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy at Indiana University. I received a PhD in Political Science at the University of Georgia.
